The Russian security service Fsb has announced that it has withdrawn the accreditation of six British diplomats on suspicion of espionage and for "threatening Russia's security".
"As a retaliatory measure for London's multiple hostile acts, the Russian Foreign Ministry has withdrawn the accreditation of six employees of the political department of the British Embassy in Moscow," a statement read, accusing the diplomats of "subversive activities and intelligence gathering".
